Introducing the Trailblazer Bikes Cross Country Mountain Bike Race Course Maps

Above is the race course map for the expert class of the Trailblazer Bikes Cross Country Mountain Bike Race in the 2013 Cuyuna Lakes Mountain Bike Festival.

We’re sure to note that this course is indeed “expert” not just in name sake but in the trails you’ll be riding as well.

The Expert course includes trails such as Endo Alley, Rocky Flats and Crusher. If big climbs and technical skills are not your thing we recommend that you race the Sport course as seen below. The expert course is geared for the expert skilled racer!

The trails to be raced in the Expert class are as follows:

1) Start on Miner’s Mountain Road.
2) Demo Parking Area to Snowmobile trail.
3) Snowmobile trail to Boot Camp.
4) Boot Camp to Overburden Road.
5) Overburden Road to Easy Street.
6) Easy Street to Mucker Mountain.
7) Mucker Mountain to Little Sidewinder.
8) Little Sidewinder to Sand Hog Mountain.
9) Sand Hog Mountain to Sidewinder.
10) Sidewinder to Low Grade.
11) Low Grade to Endo Alley.
12) Endo Alley to Easy Street.
13) Easy Street to Hopper Hill.
14) Hopper Hill to Easy Street.
15) Easy Street to Trammer.
16) Trammer to Miner’s Mountain Road.
17) Miner’s Mountain Road to Ferrous Wheel.
18) Ferrous Wheel to Roly Poly.
19) Roly Poly to Sidewinder.
20) Sidewinder to Crusher.
21) Crusher to Miner’s Mountain.
22) Miner’s Mountain to Rocky Flats.
23) Rocky Flats to GPS location 45 and continue up Miner’s Mountain.
24) Miner’s Mountain to Chute.
25) Chute to Trammer.
26) Trammer to Miner’s Mountain Road and over dirt mound by EMS Access Point F to Easy Street.
27) Easy Street to to Finish line.
28) REPEAT! - 2 LAPS TOTAL.

If you already registered online and would like to move into the Sport class, no worries. When you pick up your racer bag at registration we’ll have the form ready for you to fill out to do so.

Above is the Race Course Map for the Sport and Beginners. Sport will race two laps while beginners only one. There will be no technical b-lines on the Sport and Beginner course and this classification will also have two less climbs. (No Mucker Mountain, No Crusher)
